PhD candidates should gain experience in the field of self-presentation. For this purpose, job interviews are to be simulated in order to prepare for such situations. The preparation in terms of content, also on a rhetorical and formal level, should lead to a more self-confident appearance in. Dealing with possible cultural differences is made conscious.
